I beat 1.5 cups of khoa with 3/4 cup of sugar, adding a little milk just to get things going. An immersion blender did away with any lumps. Then I added 2 teaspoons baking powder, the crushed seeds of 5 green cardamom and 3/4 cup of oil. Continuing to beat, I added 2 cups of flour and about 6 tablespoons of hot milk just to get the batter to pouring consistency. Poured into a greased and floured baking dish and baked in a hot oven for about 30-40 mins or till a knife came out clean.
